THE COMPETITION DETAILS – What’s the opportunity?
Decadance is thrilled to announce our most exciting competition yet: Rebrand Kemptown Carnival and have your designs used across the event as well as a £250 cash prize.
Calling all local artists! You are invited to re-design the Kemptown Carnival logo to represent a new era of the Carnival whilst remembering the historical roots of the first ever carnival in the UK. You will be required to provide a mood board which includes your designs, colour schemes and your favourite version of the logo you are submitting. Be prepared to discuss your final logo after the closing date if shortlisted.
The winning artwork will become the official artwork of Kemptown Carnival across the event and all marketing for it. And, for good measures, we are throwing in a £250 cash prize on top of that. The competition will run from Monday 1st February 2021 at 8:00am through until 23:59pm on Friday 23rd April 2021. Only entries received up-to and including the closing date/time will be eligible and the winner will be notified on Thursday 29th April. They will be required to go on-air on the Decadance Radio Breakfast Show the following day, Friday 30th April 2021 between 08:00am – 09:00am.
Kemptown Carnival take no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
