How we support our local artists
Future Selection supports artists from across the UK, but more specifically focusing on artists from Brighton & Bristol.
We aim to spotlight emerging new talent across all our digital platforms and support them through the early stages of their music career, helping to get them to where they want to be.
You might be a DJ, a music producer, a singer or in a band. Whatever music you are creating and promoting, check out all the different parts of Future Selection, read the case studies, get advice on ways to get ahead in the music industry and details on how you can submit your music to us to get featured.
Plus get locked into our ‘BSS Live’ networking events at the bottom of this page to grow your professional networks.
Early-Stage Support
Grassroots talent is important to us. If you are a new emerging DJ, music producer or singer and you want to get your stuff to a wider audience, this is the place to get it heard.
We have a team listening to all the brand-new music which comes into Decadance deciding what goes through to our many playlists each week.
This includes our coveted Certified Local Artist playlist which spotlights new artists from around the UK but especially if you are based in either Brighton or Bristol.
If you get picked up to be part of the Certified Local group, then you get support through a number of ways other than just on-air:
