POSITION TITLE: Content Presenters
LOCATION: Brighton / Bristol
COMMITMENT: 6-Months Voluntary
HOURS: 6-12 Depending on Show Type/Timing, Across 2-3 Days
REMUNERATION: Voluntary Leading To Freelance*

We are a music marketing company with studios in Brighton and Bristol. Operating across two areas events and festivals (Decadance Events) and music & radio (Decadance Radio)
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking to grow our presentation team across both Brighton & Bristol. As presenters you will be hosting content both on-air, on camera and at outside broadcasts. All our opportunities start on a voluntary basis, until suitable sponsorships have been confirmed. Then roles could become fully paid.
CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a presenter you would be required to take on a daily show for no more than 3 hours per day. Presenters would have a show across one of our two radio stations, hosting the show, preparing for the show and taking part in any promotional activity required by the station as part of any sponsorship deal.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIRMENTS
Some media and presentation experience is essential, but without a minimum number of years’. You should be able to demonstrate your presentation ability in the form of a demo, which builds part of the application process (you will be sent a full brief on demo if successful in initial application)
KEY SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Clear, precise and amiable communicator
• Able to think on your feet and improvise.
• PC literate and able to use Audio equipment (some training given)
• Impeccable time keeping are a MUST.
• Keeps up to date with Music, Fashion, Festivals trends and news.
• Able to plan and works well as part of a team.
• Able to formulate, share and execute ideas within a team.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
A keen drive to communicate to our listeners in fun and exciting ways using various platforms to create features and support local artists is a must. You’ll need to understand who our audience, their interests to enable you to produce fun and exciting content. A self-motivating attitude is needed to create content unsupervised whilst working to brief.
