Decadance UK is a music marketing company with studios / offices in Brighton and Bristol. The company is split across music, radio, events and festivals.
PLACEMENT OVERVIEW
Decadance and BIMM Bristol are looking for four new team members to join the two existing team members we have ready for a fresh new BIMM radio show which broadcasts across Brighton and will soon launch in Bristol.
We’re looking for people who want to be Off-Air as well as those who want to be On-Air. We have two producer roles and one tech support role, with the possibility of another presenter role within this team. Check the details below and apply through Katy Ward and the Careers team.
Get support from the Decadance team and together, you’ll work with up-and-coming artists from across the city great opportunities, getting their music heard on the show, online and via any of our platforms.
CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
(ON-AIR) PRODUCERS – You’ll ensure the show is kept focused in a live environment and make sure content is delivered correctly and look after guests.
(OFF-AIR) PRODUCERS – You’ll focus on Social Media Support for the show, creating content, sourcing artists, new music and help with features and new ideas.
(OFF-AIR) TECH SUPPORT – You’ll support the show from a technical perspective including the studio gear and learn from the rest of the technical team and support the weekly shows, live sessions and outside broadcasts.
(ON-AIR) PRESENTERS – You’ll host the show each week and working with the other members of the team to get the most out of the show content and guests.

(ON-AIR) PRESENTERS – Include a 2min (approx.) demo of you presenting some music-based content or something local to Bristol.
